The local chamber for lawyers carries out arbitration proceedings pursuant to § 73 para. 2 no. 3 BRAO. The Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer has established an arbitration board pursuant to §§ 191 et seqq. BRAO for all disputes between its members and their clients. |
