A maximum amount for all liability claims in one year can be agreed upon if the maximum amount is at least DM 2,000,000 [EUR 1,022,583.76]. Accountants
Tax Consultants have to maintain appropriate professional liability insurance. The minimum insurance amount has to be EUR 4,000,000 in case a stock corporation listed at the Regulated Market is audited, and EUR 1,000,000 in all other cases. For further details please refer to § 54 WPO and WPBHV. |
