He advises medium-sized and large businesses and German subsidiaries of international firms on all areas of corporate law and tax matters, with a particular emphasis on restructurings and acquisitions. Before co-founding honert + partner in 1998, he worked in a similar capacity for Deloitte Touche (1991–1996) and Bruckhaus Westrick Stegemann (1996–1998). He is the author of various books and articles on legal and tax matters. In addition, he is a regular panel speaker at seminars and workshops held by the publisher Verlag Dr. Otto Schmidt regarding corporate and tax law issues. << |
